Sarah is a partner in Bain & Company’s Chicago office.
With over two decades of consulting experience, Sarah leads Bain’s People and Organization practice globally, specializing in the transformation of large companies amidst technological and business model disruptions across various sectors.
She is the co-author of Doing Agile Right, published by HBR (Harvard Business Review) Press, on how organizations can become more adaptable. Outside of her professional endeavors, Sarah serves on the board of Chesterton Academy of the Holy Family. Alongside her husband, she manages the joys of parenthood with five children ranging from college to preschool.
Midtown Metro’s annual MAC Luncheon benefits the acclaimed and life-changing programs for 3rd-12th grade low-income girls at the Metro Achievement Center in Chicago. Metro provides academic support, virtue and character development, individual attention, and parental support to help academically average students achieve above-average results. For 23 consecutive years, 100% of Metro seniors have graduated high school and enrolled in college!
