What is the Circle of Champions?

The Circle of Champions is a leadership annual giving club established by Midtown Educational Foundation in 2008 to provide a steady, reliable source of funding for MEF's after-school and summertime programs.

MEF programs enrich lives by focusing on academic excellence, virtue development, individual attention, and parental involvement. They deliver strong results and proven return on investment: 98% of middle school students gain admission to college prep high schools; 100% of high school seniors have graduated and enrolled in college for 15 consecutive years; and 91% of MEF alumni have graduated or are still enrolled in college.

Champion an At-risk Child Today

An unrestricted gift of $1,000 or more - independent of special events - qualifies as a contribution to the Circle of Champions.

A $1,500 donation covers after-school programming for one child.

A $3,000 donation covers after-school and summertime programs for a full year for one child.

Each year, on your enrollment anniversary date, we'll remind you of your pledge. At the end of the three-year period, you may renew your commitment if you choose. All Circle of Champion gifts are unrestricted and are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law. Any additional questions, contact Louis Artiaga, at (312) 738-8300 x 27
