The principal goal of the Parent Program is to help parents understand that they are the primary educators of their children. To support them in this role we offer classes, speakers, and discussions all designed to give parents the tools to be successful parents.
Every night that students attend Midtown Center for boys and Metro Achievement Center for girls, parents are invited to visit the Parent Center to acquire refreshing knowledge on parenting.
Metro hosted its 17th annual Parent Conference on Saturday, April 22nd, providing workshops and open discussions for parents about college enrollment and financial aid, technology and our children and more.
